How will you serve your customers’ needs better than anyone else? Here you will also discuss the values of the management team and the type of business culture you are trying to create.

Your Vision describes what your business will have accomplished in 5 years.

Choosing the Goals & Objectives for Your Pizzeria

The objectives for your business and for this business plan should be clearly articulated. Remember, “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.”

Ensure your goals are SMART:

  • Specific – be clear about what you want to achieve
  • Measurable – quantify the desired results
  • Assignable – allocate responsibility for delivery
  • Realistic – what can be achieved with available resources
  • Time Related – specify when the results will be achieved

Getting this first step right will make putting the rest of the plan together much easier. Take some time to think about what exactly what you want to achieve and by when. When you look back in 5 years, what will you have wanted to achieve and what are the core values that will guide you in achieving it.
